On March 23rd (local time), Mo Dingge, Chairman of CNCEC, met with Federico Zardi, CEO of Casale in Switzerland. Both sides held in-depth exchanges on deepening strategic cooperation and jointly exploring overseas markets. Their collaboration, marked by a long history and fruitful achievements, closely aligns with their development philosophies. A CC7&Casale strategic cooperation agreement was also signed during the meeting to further leverage complementary advantages and pursue mutual benefits. Deng Zhaojing, Vice President of CNCEC, was present.
當(dāng)?shù)貢r間3月23日，中國化學(xué)董事長莫鼎革在瑞士會見Casale首席執(zhí)行官費德里科?扎爾迪，雙方就深化戰(zhàn)略合作、共同開拓海外市場進(jìn)行深入交流。中國化學(xué)副總經(jīng)理鄧兆敬參加。
莫鼎革表示，近年來，中國化學(xué)堅定不移走國際化、差異化、高端化發(fā)展之路，深入實施“T+EPC”模式創(chuàng)新，持續(xù)推動海外業(yè)務(wù)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，與Casale始終保持著良好的合作關(guān)系。下一步希望雙方在持續(xù)鞏固合作成果的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步強化資源整合，攜手打造價值創(chuàng)造新格局。費德里科?扎爾迪表示，Casale專注于為化工產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)提供工廠設(shè)計、工程和建設(shè)服務(wù)，長期以來與中國化學(xué)不斷深化互信，建立了堅實的伙伴關(guān)系和極具競爭力的合作模式。希望雙方通過務(wù)實合作進(jìn)一步實現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢互補、互利共贏。
會談期間，七化建與Casale簽署了戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議。
